Janneris Geraldo, Senior Director of Programs and Site Operations
Janneris is a highly experienced and accomplished professional who has been with the organization since 2007.
Janneris currently serves as the Director of Programs, where she is responsible for overseeing all mission-driven programs. In this role, she works closely with program managers and staff to ensure that all programs are aligned with the organization's mission and are meeting the needs of the participants they serve.
Janneris' dedication to the organization, combined with her exceptional skills and leadership abilities, make her a highly valuable asset to the organization.
Brett Rollins, Senior Director of Development
Brett Rollins is a seasoned non-profit fundraiser with many years of experience in the New York City region. He currently serves as Director of Development at HI4Y, where he has been a key member of the team since 2017. Brett is responsible for leading the organization's fundraising efforts, which include foundation and government grants, individual giving, board development, corporate sponsorships, and events management.
As Director of Development, Brett is committed to enhancing HI4Y's fundraising efforts and ensuring the organization's continued success in serving the community and making a positive impact on the lives we serve.
Alicia Nager, Senior Director of Finance
Alicia Nager is a seasoned Financial Professional. She currently serves as Director of Finance at HI4Y and joined the team in May 2024. Alicia is responsible for overseeing the organization's fiscal health, budgets and financial forecast.
As Director of Finance, Alicia is committed to improving HI4Y's operation to ensure the organization can serve children for another 100 years.
Chelsea Keeler, Director of Camping Services
Chelsea Keeler is our energetic and dedicated Camp Director going into her 11th year with Hands In 4 Youth. Chelsea has served counselor, program coordinator and conference center roles.
As Camp Director Chelsea oversees programming, communications with parents, recruitment hiring, manages over 100 staff, and facilitates communication between agency offices to ensure smooth operation during the camp season. Her collaborative mindset inspires both our counselors and campers and makes her an invaluable part of our HI4Y team.
Thomas Quirk, Facilities Manager
Thomas is an experienced Facilities Manager with over 20 years in not-for-profit mission driven operations. Thomas joined us in 2025, and his vast knowledge in the building trades, especially carpentry, will serve HI4Y well in the repairs and improvement of our campus. Thomas is dedicated to best facility practices and the safety and comfort of our campers and staff.
