Sean brings a strong background as a leader in youth services and a passion for making a difference through non-profit work with over 20 years of experience. He previously was the Regional Director for Springpoint in Wall Township, NJ and worked with the Scholarship Fund for Inner-City Children.

As Chief Executive Officer, Sean leads the strategic direction and overall mission of the organization, ensuring that our commitment to empower and uplift our youth remains at the heart of what we do. With a clear commitment to long-term impact, he works closely with the Board of Directors and Staff to strengthen the organizational capacity as well as expand opportunities for the youth we serve.

Janneris is a highly experienced and accomplished professional who has been with the organization since 2007. 

Janneris currently serves as the Director of Programs, where she is responsible for overseeing all mission-driven programs. In this role, she works closely with program managers and staff to ensure that all programs are aligned with the organization's mission and are meeting the needs of the participants they serve.

Janneris' dedication to the organization, combined with her exceptional skills and leadership abilities, make her a highly valuable asset to the organization.

Chelsea Keeler is our energetic and dedicated Camp Director going into her 11th year with Hands In 4 Youth.  Chelsea has served as a counselor, program coordinator, and multiple conference center roles.

As Camp Director Chelsea oversees programming, communications with parents, recruitment hiring, manages over 100 staff, and facilitates communication between agency offices to ensure smooth operation during the camp season. Her collaborative mindset inspires both our counselors and campers and makes her an invaluable part of our Hands In 4 Youth team.

Thomas is an experienced Facilities Manager with over 20 years in not-for-profit mission driven operations.

Thomas joined us in 2025, and his vast knowledge in the building trades, especially carpentry, will serve Hands In 4 Youth well in the repairs and improvement of our campus. Thomas is dedicated to best facility practices and the safety and comfort of our campers and staff.

Dennis brings more than two decades of strategic financial leadership and operational management experience to Hands In 4 Youth, where he plays a key role in strengthening the financial systems and ensuring long-term sustainability in support of our mission.

Holding a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Manhattan College, Dennis has extensive experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, financial modeling, forecasting, and process optimization. Dennis aids in ensuring that Hands In 4 Youth’s financial strategy, budgeting, reporting, and compliance efforts strengthens our programs and can expand to reach youth across the region!

Iriana Gandman is the Camp Registrar at Hands In 4 Youth. With over 10 years of experience working in the HR field, specifically within nonprofit organizations, she is dedicated to making the enrollment process simple and welcoming for families.

Iriana guides parents through each step of the registration process, answering questions and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed. She prioritizes supporting every family and takes pride in helping children embark on their camp experience smoothly. This approach allows parents to feel confident while their kids focus on creating wonderful memories.
